The construction phase of the electric record car Venturi VBB-3 (Venturi Buckeye Bullet 3), successor to the fastest car in the world, the Venturi "Jamais Contente" began on the Ohio State University (OSU) Campus. It was named in honor of the first car –by the way electric- which exceeded 100kph, it was in 1899. Venturi President, Gildo Pastor Palanca says that this project serves to "demonstrate the supremacy of electric vehicles."
